Stadshusrestauranger Stockholm took over the food and beverage services at Stockholm City Hall at 2012. They are responsible and run all restaurant operations in the house, which includes a café, a buffet restaurant, an a la carte restaurant and the food and beverage services at all events in the house, including the famous blue hall and the golden room.
Brief:
Every year at 10th of December the Nobel Prize Banquette is hold in Stockholm City Hall. Special invited guests such as the Nobel Prize winners and the Swedish Royal family enjoys a top secret, but soon world famous, three-course menu. But it is backstage everything is happening. 40 chefs are preparing the food to 1350 guests, and 230 waiters are hosting them. Stadshusrestauranger is responsible for the food and service, and want to have the big event documented on pictures, for use for later marketing purpose.
