brief:

Sweden's largest privately owned bus company, Bergkvarabuss, and the whole bus industry in Sweden is currently suffering a big deficit in bus drivers. Bergkvarabuss wants to attract new bus drivers and become the number one of choice of employer for drivers.

the idea:

By being the company who start to change from inside, Bergkvarabuss can lead the change in the whole industry. We call the strategy "Inside Out",  - a step by step strategic guide for internal cultural change. To have an attractive culture that makes new and existing employees not just loving their work, but also their work place.

We delivered a four route strategy including 'health', 'career', 'woman' and 'HR' as the first steps to go for Bergkvarabuss to reach new colleagues.

 

The Design:

We designed the strategic guides into bus journey routes, in the small village of Bergkvara where the company once started. Google Maps and research helped us to create and illustrate the map and elements of Bergkvara.

The illustrations have no straight lines which will reflect the familiarly feeling of the company. The company is in the moment working on its rebranding, while we chose neutral colors  with only the busstops in red, Bergkvarabuss' color.
